About Dr Rudi Labuschagne
Dr Rudi holds degrees in psychology, theology, and counselling, and has a doctorate in Leadership in Performance and Change. As a trained theologian and ordained minister, he spent over two decades in service. After a profound shift of spiritual perspective, he quit the ministry. He subsequently launched a coaching and consulting business, and is currently also involved in the academic field as an online faculty member in the leadership module of the MBA program at Milpark Business School.
During his time in the Ministry, he realised that theology and organised religion often fall short in providing answers to important philosophical questions like: “Who am I?”, “Why am I here?”, and “Where am I going?” For 12 years, Rudi has thus been on a demanding spiritual quest to find answers to these questions. In the process, he gained deep knowledge, which equipped him to better support those who are ready to give up outdated beliefs that hold them back. His philosophy is that we are not human beings having spiritual experiences, but spiritual beings having a human experience. He describes himself as an advocate of the new consciousness and a co-creator of the New Earth.
His university education, combined with his life experience, enables him to act as an agent of transformational change, and as a spiritual leader, a coach and a mentor. Rudi uses his unique ability to bridge the gap between the physical and metaphysical worlds of form and to mind bring a new perspective to being human.
He encourages and enables people to embrace their true divine nature and to live a life inspired by the soul, free from the constraints of fear, guilt, or anxiety. He encourages his clients to align themselves with their own True North in their quest for meaning and reason for being.
